What are your payment terms?

We generally accept Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) or Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). Specific terms can be discussed based on the order volume and duration of the partnership.

What packaging options do you offer?

We provide export-grade packaging, including:

  • Industrial Minerals: 50kg PP bags or 1.0–1.5 MT Jumbo bags.

  • Building Materials: Secure wooden palletized packing with stretch wrapping and edge protection.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Typically, our MOQ is 1 Full Container Load (FCL). However, for specific high-value materials, we can discuss customized shipment sizes.

What are your standard Incoterms?

We usually work on FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), and CNF (Cost and Freight) terms, depending on the buyer’s preference.

Which ports do you use for shipping?

Being located in Gujarat, we primarily use Mundra Port and Kandla Port. This strategic location allows us to offer faster transit times and competitive freight costs.

Can you provide materials as per specific technical requirements?

Yes. Our core strength is customization. We can process minerals (like Silica Sand or Kaolin) to specific mesh sizes and purity levels, and manufacture building materials according to your project’s technical data sheets (TDS).
